Shipping & Delivery

At Crumb and Cocoa, we want to ensure your delicious cookies arrive fresh and on time. Below are the details regarding our shipping options, rates, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout New Zealand, including all major cities and rural areas. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

2. Shipping Costs
We have a flat shipping rate of $9.00 per box.

Orders of two to three boxes postage is $15.00.

Larger orders please contact us for customised shipping prices.

     4. Delivery Timeframes

    Our goal is to get your cookies to you as quickly as possible. 

    • Orders placed before Tuesday 12pm will be dispatched on Wednesday.

    We use NZ Couriers for all deliveries which provides an overnight service. Overnight service for North Island shipping and 1-2 day shipping for South Island orders.

    In accordance with NZ Post terms and conditions "overnight" is only an estimate and there could potentially be delays. You will receive tracking once your order has been picked up. In the event your order gets "lost" or "stolen" we cannot take any responsibility for this and refunds will not be given. It is at the customers risk if the order is misplaced, we cannot be made liable once your order has been dispatched from our premise. Please ensure you have read the full product description that includes all shipping timeframes and dispatch days.

      Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

      6. Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder.

      7. Rural Deliveries
      For customers in rural areas, delivery may take a little longer. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for deliveries to rural addresses.

      8. Special Delivery Instructions
      If you have specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package at your door or with a neighbor, please provide these details during the checkout process. We will pass them along to the courier, but please note that once the package is delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

      9. Delivery Issues and Delays
      While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, holidays, or extreme weather can sometimes cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to NZ Courier directly.

      10. Damaged or Missing Items
      If your cookies arrive damaged or there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will require photos of the damaged goods and the packaging for us to assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

      11. Incorrect Address
      Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [Your Contact Email] and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
