Yes, it is! Once the courier has collected your order, you will receive your tracking details via email.

At times, the address and delivery instructions provided by customers may not be adequate for successful delivery.
Common issues include missing gate codes, incomplete addresses, absent business
names, incorrect names, non-New Zealand phone numbers, or unclear drop-off locations.

In these situations, deliveries may be delayed or items returned to us. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders where the delivery company cannot arrange a re-delivery due to insufficient communication.

Please note that re-delivery or redirection will incur an additional fee, which must be settled before we can proceed with the delivery.

All our products are made in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that a product won't come in contact with nuts, gluten, or other allergens.

While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, if you are allergic, we would advise against purchasing.
